Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive branch growth and profitability by developing and executing business development, sales, and market penetration strategies that support the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Provide leadership and oversight of branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational excellence, compliance with company policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio through prudent credit appraisal, effective risk management practices, and proactive management of delinquent and non-performing accounts.
- Champion exceptional customer experience by fostering strong customer relationships, resolving customer concerns promptly, and continuously improving service standards.
- Lead, develop, and motivate branch staff through coaching, performance management, talent development, and effective human resource administration to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compliance while promoting the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
Requirements & Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business-related course
- A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication and high level of integrity.
