JOB DETAILS:
The Association for the Physically Disabled of Kenya (APDK) was established in 1958 as a non-governmental organization (NGO). The overall objective of the organization is to improve the Quality of life of Persons with Disabilities through promoting Rehabilitation and Inclusion.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in branch management or senior leadership roles
Strong knowledge of modern management Physically Disabled of Kenya practices
Ability to meet and exceed sales and operational targets
Knowledge of disability sector regulations is a key leadership role an added advantage
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
