Summary:

Branch Manager role at City Walk. Responsible for managing branch operations, supervising staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Requires relevant business experience, strong leadership skills, and branch management experience. The role is based in Nairobi with duties performed on-site.

They are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and develop a high-performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive branch sales, profitability, and achievement of targets.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the branch team.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage stock availability, inventory control, and stock movements.
• Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, visual standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
