KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all day-to-day supermarket operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Drive sales performance, monitor and implement strategies to grow revenue.

Ensure excellent customer service standards across the branch.

Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Maintain high standards of merchandising, inventory control, and stock availability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.

Prepare regular operational reports and communicate branch performance to senior management.

Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges promptly and professionally.

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in retail management (supermarket experience is highly preferred).

Proven track record in sales management, customer service, and store operations.

Strong leadership and people-management skills (team supervision, coaching, conflict resolution).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Inventory and stock management knowledge (including shrinkage control).

Ability to analyze sales trends, set targets, and manage budgets.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
