Background
The Brand & Marketing Manager at Kenya Builders will lead the branding and marketing initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and drive growth. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, managing brand consistency, and coordinating marketing activities across various channels. The Brand & Marketing Manager will work closely with senior leadership and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Academic and professional Qualifications and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Key Skills and Competences
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Language proficiency in English, Kiswahili preferable.
