Program management: Manage the daily operations of the program, maintain equipment, and assist students with career planning, including resumes and portfolios. Professional development: Stay current with advancements in the construction industry and adapt teaching methods and content as needed.

Deep knowledge of building and construction principles, materials, and techniques. Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and equipment operation. Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance. Physical ability, strength, and dexterity for hands-on instruction. Skills in specific trades like carpentry, electrical, or plumbing.

1.Degree or Diploma in the relevant field. 2.TSC registration. 3.Must be a Kenyan citizen.
