Ajira Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to fill the dual role of Business Analyst & Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions while ensuring effective Agile project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Document detailed business processes, workflows, and system specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Scrum Master Duties

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews).
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with product owners.
  • Remove impediments and guide the team to deliver high-quality solutions iteratively.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive Agile team environment.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint progress).
  • Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and process-mapping skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and drive collaborative decision-making.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar Agile project management software.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
