Ajira Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to fill the dual role of Business Analyst & Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions while ensuring effective Agile project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Document detailed business processes, workflows, and system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Scrum Master Duties
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews).
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with product owners.
- Remove impediments and guide the team to deliver high-quality solutions iteratively.
- Foster a collaborative and productive Agile team environment.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint progress).
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and process-mapping skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and drive collaborative decision-making.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar Agile project management software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
