The Business Analyst will collaborate with internal teams and leadership to analyze business data, support revenue planning, optimize processes, and advise strategic decision‑making. This role involves identifying and leading data sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to convert sophisticated data into clear reports, presentations, and practical business strategies that drive efficiency and results.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other advantageous information for Revenue planning and forecasting across the current fiscal year and over the horizon (next 3 years).
  • Perform Revenue/Sales and GP supervising across the BU portfolio and customers and identify gaps in performance and drivers of the gaps
  • Using data to develop and optimize strategies and processes, increase profits, efficiency, quality, or security, and reduce costs.
  • Working with internal departments to collect data and develop and implement strategies.
  • Identifying and validating new data sources.
  • Creating reports and presentations to summarize findings and influence company decisions.
  • Working with the management team to establish project objectives, budgets, and timelines, supervise progress, and evaluate performance.
  • Implementing policies and procedures that keep company data and information secure as it is collected, analyzed, stored, and discarded.
  • Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong proficiency inMS Exceland analytics tools;Power BIexperience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in large data sets
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
  • Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to clearly present and explain complex information
  • Knowledge ofSAP BPCis an advantage
  • Minimum2 years of experiencein analytics or a related field
