JOB SUMMARY:

Hemingways Hospitality limited is seeking a Business Analyst to drive business process improvement, streamline operations, enhance technology adoption, reduce costs, and support strategic initiatives across the Travel and Hospitality business, while delivering innovative solutions in a dynamic digital environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Serve as an advisor for business process excellence, implementing initiatives that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels for existing and new solutions
• Undertake relevant project activities to support strategic business initiatives,
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and department by undertaking the review, analysis, and evaluation of business systems and user needs
• Use data to drive insights for process simplification
• Document technical and functional requirements for technology solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on the impact of process changes, ensuring measurable improvements in service delivery.
• Working with suppliers in planning the testing, change management, and communication for new systems and functionality
• Leads change initiatives to boost adoption and support a continuous improvement culture.
• Drives AI adoption initiatives for improved business productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in technology-related field
• At least 7 years' IT business partnering or ERP application support experience working within a group of companies or multinational organization
• Hospitality or travel industry experience is an advantage
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve desired results
• Experience in project management, change management and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Expertise in business process modelling, redesign and workflow design
