The Business Analyst  eClaims will analyze workflow requirements for digital healthcare insurance processing, mapping end-to-end eClaims operations, adjudication rules, and regulatory requirements into functional software design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Elicitation: Conduct deep-dive sessions with healthcare providers, insurance administrators, and operational teams to gather platform needs.
  • Process Mapping: Document current and target claims state workflows, system dependencies, and data exchange specifications.
  • Functional Documentation: Produce detailed functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flowcharts, and user stories for software engineering teams.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate test scenarios, validate functionality against business specifications, and support user deployment.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Business analysis experience in health insurance, medical claims, billing systems, or eClaims software platforms.
  • Skills: Business process modeling (BPMN), gap analysis, Agile requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing leadership.
