Role Overview:

We are looking for independent business development agents to secure interested clients for wealth structuring and trust services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and introduce High Net worth (HNW) or Ultra-High Net worth (UHNW) individuals or any other interested clients to our services.
  • Develop referral pipelines and Cultivate long-term relationship channels.
  • Educate prospects on the strategic value of our family trusts and structured wealth planning.
  • Organize introductory meetings between prospects and our advisory team.
  • Facilitate client document processing and successful onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge/ experience in private wealth and or private trusts.
  • Any current or previous experience in sales & marketing or in client-facing finance roles in insurance/real estate/banking/ any other financial services shall be an additional advantage.
  • Diploma/ Degree in a marketing/ business-related field.
  • Demonstration of strong credibility and professionalism.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion.
  • Understanding of wealth structuring, trusts, or asset protection (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation
