Responsibilities

Is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and increasing footfall at the clinics. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration/sales & marketing, or related field.

Experience

At least three (3) years’ working experience in a similar role.

3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare industry; Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance an added advantage drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare environment.

Desirable Competencies

• Proven track record of meeting sales or expansion targets.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, products, and services
• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
