We are seeking high-caliber Business Development Executives to support our growth in the following regions: Kitui, Makueni, Machokos.

Job Summary
The role focuses on growing company revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through cross-selling
- Track industry trends and competitor activity
- Support new product development and rollout
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver business opportunities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and needs
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Handle RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and pre-qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or Economics
- At least 1 year experience in a Business Development role
- Strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Confident in cold calling and client engagement
