Job Purpose

To grow Pacis Insurance’s medical insurance portfolio through the broker channel by developing partnerships, driving sales, and increasing market penetration in medical insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage medical insurance business through brokers
• Promote medical insurance products to brokers and corporate clients
• Prepare and negotiate medical insurance quotations and renewals
• Support brokers with product knowledge and client presentations
• Achieve medical insurance premium targets
• Conduct market research on medical insurance trends
• Maintain accurate client and broker records
• Ensure compliance with underwriting and regulatory standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Health Management, or related field
• Experience in medical insurance sales or underwriting is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of medical insurance products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
