Jubilee Asset Management is a leading financial services provider in Kenya. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our retail distribution strategy.

Responsibilities or duties

Develop and implement strategies to expand retail distribution channels.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the retail sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and partners.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.

Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the retail distribution landscape in Kenya.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience needed

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably within the financial services or retail sector.
