Responsibilities
- Lead business development in HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, and talent solutions.
- Identify new opportunities and grow a robust client portfolio across sectors.
- Develop and execute country-level sales strategies aligned with regional growth goals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and service excellence.
- Provide timely sales intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR Management or a related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B sales or HR services, with 3+ years in a leadership/client-facing role.
- Proven knowledge of Kenya’s HR, labour, and compliance environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategy execution skills.
- Strong financial acumen, with ability to interpret budgets, pricing models, and revenue pipelines.
- Professional fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swahili is an advantage.
