About the job

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth at Mp Shah Hospital by opening new B2B revenue streams and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications & Public Relations, you'll lead prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure while managing a team of Business Development Officers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and deliver business development targets aligned with the hospital's sales plan — marketing the organization, its facilities, and service offerings holistically.
  • Map and review prospects, attend pitch meetings, and manage engagement contracts through to close.
  • Conduct market research to analyze products, services, competition, and emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultant doctors, the medical fraternity, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
  • Communicate and promote services, packages, and plans to existing and prospective clients.
  • Compile monthly financial/statistical reports and weekly field visit reports to track progress.
  • Guide and supervise Business Development Officers to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development and team management.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
