Hiring: Business Development Manager – IT Solutions & Cybersecurity Drive Digital Transformation & Secure Kenya’s Growing Businesses! A leading provider of IT support, software, hardware, and cybersecurity solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand their client base and drive revenue growth across SMEs, enterprises, and financial institutions.

• Drive new business and revenue growth to achieve branch breakeven within 6 months
• Identify, pitch, and close deals with SMEs, enterprises, and financial institutions
• Build a recurring revenue pipeline for IT and cybersecurity services
• Develop local go-to-market strategies and manage pricing, proposals, and contracts
• Oversee P&L, revenue forecasting, and cost control
• Gradually build and lead a local sales and technical team

• Hands-on sales experience in: Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Security), EDR & Endpoint Security, Data Backup & Disaster Recovery, Firewalls & Network Security, VAPT & IT Audits, Managed IT & Cybersecurity Services

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Development, or related field
• At least 3 years of business development experience in ICT & security solutions
