Role Context

At Nabo Capital, we are growing our pensions business and we are looking for a strong commercial leader to help us do it.

Responsibilities

This role is simple in its focus: Grow our pension assets. Win mandates. Build lasting institutional relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

If you understand the pension ecosystem. If you can confidently engage trustees and decision-makers. If you are driven by targets and long-term relationship building. If you have 7–10 years’ experience in pensions, insurance, or fund management, a proven track record in mandate acquisition and institutional sales and a Master’s degree (professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CISI are an added advantage). We would like to hear from you.
