Business Development & Marketing Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential clients and build a database of prospects aligned with the target market.
  • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate and qualify new business leads.
  • Engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups in a CRM or tracking system.
  • Conduct basic market research and share qualified leads with the Business Development team for follow-up and closing.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Suite, and similar scheduling platforms.
  • A background in consumer psychology, user experience, data analysis or advanced certifications on digital platforms is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • B2B Proven experience in prospecting and initiating client conversations.
