Background
This is a front-line, execution-intensive role focused on driving growth within the insurance broker channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systematically prospect, engage, and onboard insurance brokers.
- Conduct consistent broker visits and presentations to build relationships.
- Convert engagements into sustainable underwriting and assessment volumes.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management through CRM and reporting tools.
- Execute growth plans and targets defined by the Growth Captain.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or broker/channel management.
- Experience within insurance brokerage or financial services is preferred.
Candidate Profile:
Action-driven, highly disciplined, and comfortable with field-oriented selling.
