Background:
AB Entheos is seeking a Business Development and Fundraising Officer to lead the sourcing, pursuit, and acquisition of strategic fundraising and partnership opportunities to support the organization's growth across its core thematic areas.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and track funding opportunities
- Develop concept notes and grant proposals
- Cultivate and manage relationships with potential partners
- Monitor policy and funding trends
- Lead and coordinate proposal development
- Contribute to branding and visibility efforts
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or fundraising
- Demonstrated success in securing funding contracts
