Responsibilities
- Interpret Contractual Agreements: Analyze the essential elements of a valid contract: offer, acceptance, consideration, and intention to create legal relations.
- Assess Tort Liability: Teach students the principles of negligence and liability in a business context (e.g., product liability, professional liability).
- Manage Employment Law: Instruct on the legal relationship between employers and employees regarding wrongful dismissal, discrimination, and harassment.
- Understand Company Law: Explain the legal structure of corporations, rights of shareholders, and the duties of directors.
- Navigate E-Commerce Regulations: Teach the legal requirements for online businesses (data protection, consumer rights, digital signatures).
- Apply Agency Law: Explain the legal principles of agency relationships (authority, ratification, liability) in commercial transactions.
