Outrival HR Solutions & Consultancies Ltd is recruiting for the position of a Business Lead (Large Format Printing) on behalf of our reputable client, a leading player in the Print Media industry based in Juba, South Sudan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and expanding the client’s Large Format Printing unit

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and build a strong client base across key sectors such as retail, NGOs, real estate, education, telecom, and FMCG.
• Provide consultative solutions tailored to client branding needs through site visits, design proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service delivery and follow-up.
• Review artwork, color accuracy, resolution, and layout files before production.
• Manage client orders from job intake to delivery and installation, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Liaise with technicians and installers to ensure jobs are executed to client expectations.
• Develop accurate quotations and pricing models based on job specifications and material usage.
• Track production costs to maintain profitable margins.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales and production output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification or hands-on training in wide-format printing technologies is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in large-format printing operations and commercial project management.
• Proven success in sales or business development within a print or advertising environment.
• Proficient with large format printers (e.g., Mimaki, HP Latex, Roland, UV Flatbed, CNC).
• Strong understanding of print materials, mounting techniques, and installation procedures.
• Excellent communication, client service, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
