Job summary

Outrival HR is recruiting a Business Lead for a leading print media client in Juba, South Sudan. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing branded merchandise and garment decoration production, and leading strategic client engagement and sales initiatives.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across NGOs, schools, corporate clients, and event organizers.
  • Offer tailored branding solutions through product sampling, quotations, and promotional pitches.
  • Build and grow a client portfolio that generates sustainable monthly revenue.
  • Lead the creative development and execution of branded apparel, gift items, sports kits, and uniforms.
  • Supervise digitizing, design approvals, and pre-production processes for embroidery and printing.
  • Ensure product quality and consistency across screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation, and embroidery.
  • Manage client orders from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, branding accuracy, and quality standards are met.
  • Provide production teams with clear job cards, visual proofs, and delivery instructions.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or rework requirements.
  • Design and manage campaign-based promotional product packages tailored to donor programs, back-to-school seasons, or corporate giveaways.
  • Advise clients on cost-effective branding strategies using available stock or custom orders.
  • Coordinate between design, sales, and production departments for seamless execution.
  • Oversee daily production schedules, prioritize urgent jobs, and ensure proper material usage.
  • Train and supervise junior staff in production and customer handling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Textile Technology.
  • Professional training in screen printing, embroidery, or branding is an added advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing screen printing and embroidery operations, with a client-facing role, with demonstrated exposure to serving corporate organizations, NGOs, educational institutions, retail businesses, and event-based projects.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and teams, meet deadlines, and grow B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts.
