Background information about the job or company:
The CEO and Trust Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the Scheme is run and managed in accordance with the Law and the Trust Deed rules and regulations. They will provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the Management Team to achieve the Scheme's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments
- Facilitate strategic planning and implementation
- Oversee financial management and reporting
- Maintain effective communication throughout the Scheme
Qualifications or requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in Pensions field
- Trustee Development Program completion
Experience needed:
12 years
