Are you a strategic coordinator with strong partnership-building and stakeholder engagement skills? Our client is planning a global conference to be held in Nairobi in June 2026 and is seeking a Conference Partnerships & Coordination Manager to support effective coordination, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization for the event.

• Serve as the primary coordination lead for the conference.
• Coordinate the Conference Secretariat and planning meetings.
• Lead engagement with key stakeholders, including government, donors, and private sector partners.
• Support high-level engagements and protocol processes.
• Lead resource mobilization and partnership development efforts.
• Act as the focal point for sponsors, donors, and the external event management firm.
• Review and align operational plans with strategic objectives.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proven experience managing international events.

• University degree in Communications, Development Studies, International Relations, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in conference coordination, stakeholder engagement, or programme management.
• Experience working with government and international organizations.
