Role Summary

Join us in shaping the future of intelligent automation!
The Copilot Studio Developer will design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio – integrating them into workflows that enhance enterprise efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Build workflow automation and orchestration layers
• Customize prompts, intents, and skills to match business needs
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents into Microsoft 365 or custom apps
• Collaborate with Azure & Frontend teams for seamless functionality
• Test, train, and refine AI agents for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years in AI chatbot/agent development or workflow automation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Power Automatic
• Knowledge of LLM prompting, API integration, and NLU concepts

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure AI, Power Virtual Agents, or Dynamics 365
• Prior work in enterprise automation or digital assistant projects
