JOB DETAILS:
Our client in Gym & Fitness/Wellness Industry seeks to recruit for a Sales Manager (B2B & Partnerships.)
Role Type: Full-Time | Senior Revenue Role
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 4-8+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or key account management
• Experience selling services in fitness, wellness, corporate health, HR, insurance, or professional services environments
• Demonstrated ability to close and manage corporate accounts
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
• Commercially aware with solid negotiation capability
• Professional, credible, results-driven, self-motivated, with strong follow-through
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Build and manage a strong corporate and institutional sales pipeline
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual B2B revenue targets
• Drive corporate acquisition across wellness, insurance, NGOs, embassies and property partnerships
• Engage HR leaders, benefits managers and senior decision-makers
• Prepare proposals, lead negotiations and close commercial deals
• Manage onboarding and execution of new corporate accounts
• Own, grow and retain key corporate relationships
• Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Provide market and client insights to inform product and pricing improvements
