Role Context
The CRM/Deployment Executive will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and overseeing the deployment of our solutions. This position requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate and oversee the deployment of Sun Mobility solutions at client sites.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
- Provide support and address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Track and report on deployment progress and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of deployment processes and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between Nairobi and Mombasa as needed.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
