Our client in the E-commerce industry is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to support the organization in delivering excellent customer experiences, managing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in customer service, strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

Demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail and work well under pressure while efficiently handling customer inquiries and order requests. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage Possess excellent communication skills in English and Swahili (spoken and written).
Preferably Female Candidates Degree or Diploma in Business, Customer Service, Communications or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
