Cabin Crew Trainer

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as senior cabin crew or crew trainer
• Certification as a Cabin Crew Trainer from a recognized institution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic e-learning tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging theoretical and practical lessons.
• Prepare lesson plans, training manuals, and instructional materials in line with industry standards and curriculum requirements.
• Assess student performance through tests & practical evaluations.
• Mentor and guide students on professional conduct, grooming, and communication skills suitable for the aviation industry.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to maintain high training standards.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance reports.
