We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Resolve product and service problems, and determine correct solutions.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions taken.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Experience

Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.
