JOB DETAILS:

QATAR JOB OPENINGS – EVERLAST

CAMP BOSS/LOCATION MANAGER

Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise the day-to-day activities of the staff/labor camp, including housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and security .

Manage Accommodation: Maintain accurate occupancy records and allocate rooms for staff movement, including check-ins and check-outs .

Coordinate with HR/Transport: Liaise with HR and transport teams for the smooth onboarding, offboarding, and transportation of employees .

Ensure Compliance: Monitor camp discipline, hygiene standards, and compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations (e.g., DM/MOHRE inspections) .

Handle Staff Welfare: Address employee complaints, resolve minor disputes, and manage welfare needs .

Manage Maintenance & Utilities: Ensure water, electricity, and gas are functional and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs .

Maintain Documentation: Manage utility bills, tenancy contracts, and safety equipment records .

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.
