We are looking for a smart, driven, and highly organized individual who is eager to kick-start a career in Career Development Services and Recruitment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or intern interested in career advisory, client engagement, and business development support.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of career support services to candidates, including CV reviews, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview preparation, and general job search guidance. The role also involves engaging candidates to understand their job search challenges, identifying common gaps, and helping develop practical solutions and tools that improve candidate outcomes.
This position will also provide business development support to the Lead Consultant to support the growth of the Career Development Services department. The role offers hands-on experience in career advisory and exposure to recruitment processes.
Responsibilities or duties
- Support CV reviews and LinkedIn profile optimization for candidates
- Assist in interview preparation and job search guidance
- Engage candidates to understand job search challenges and career goals
- Identify common candidate gaps and recommend solutions
- Assist in developing career support tools, resources, and guides
- Support business development initiatives for Career Development Services
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks where required
- Provide support in recruitment processes when required
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Degree in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Tech-savvy (LinkedIn, MS Office/Google Workspace, online tools)
- Strong writing skills (CVs, LinkedIn profiles, professional communication)
- Interest in recruitment, career coaching, business development, or consulting
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently
