Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industries, employers, and professional bodies.
  • Coordinate internships, industrial attachments, apprenticeships, and job placements.
  • Organize career guidance sessions, mentorship programs, and career fairs.
  • Support trainees in CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
  • Maintain graduate and employer databases and conduct tracer studies.
  • Prepare periodic reports on employability and placement outcomes.
  • Strengthen alumni engagement and institutional visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in career services, youth empowerment, TVET, or industry liaison.
  • Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
