JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Caregiver Trainer to train and mentor learners pursuing Caregiving programs, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and professionalism required in the caregiving field.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Community Health, Caregiving, Gerontology or a related healthcare field.
- TVET Trainer Certificate/Trainer of Trainers qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in caregiving healthcare practice, or training.
Skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital learning platforms.
Other Details
- Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
