Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, highly accurate Cashier to manage retail transactions at our ticketing booths, retail outlets, and food stalls. You will handle cash and digital processing with complete integrity, maintaining speedy service and a friendly posture toward our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales, rentals, and retail transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Accept and verify payments via cash, credit cards, and mobile money systems (e.g., M-Pesa).
• Balance the cash drawer carefully at the beginning and end of every shift.
• Provide accurate receipts, change, and wristbands/passes to guests.
• Handle guest transactions with a warm smile, answering simple questions about park entries and fees.

• Skills: Strong numerical skills, basic computer/POS literacy, and cash-handling accuracy.
• Attributes: High integrity, highly responsible, friendly customer service manner, and a strong team player.
• Availability: Available to work flexible shifts during busy weekends and public holidays.
