REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years as a category lead in home care and personal care products in a retail environment.
- Rich social capital in supplier management.
- A sense of commercial acumen and tech savvy.
- Good analytical skills and abstract reasoning.
- A good people manager.
- A degree or diploma in any business course from a recognized institution.
- Practical knowledge of data analytic tools like Power BI, google data analytics, Excel or any other.
