Job Description

The Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and consistency. The role includes managing food preparation, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Monitor food stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
• Supervise and support kitchen staff where applicable.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.
• Ensure efficient and timely food preparation during service.
