Job Summary

Chefs and Cooks will prepare quality meals according to established recipes and food-safety standards while maintaining an efficient and clean kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications.
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and organize kitchen workstations.
• Monitor food portions and minimize wastage.
• Maintain proper food storage and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock checks and communicate shortages.
• Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
• Culinary training is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
