About the Opportunity

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and qualified educators to join our teaching team. Successful candidates will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting learners' academic development, assessing student progress, and promoting excellence both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and learner-centred classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate students' academic progress.
• Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports.
• Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development programmes.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Uphold the school's policies, values, and professional standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an added advantage.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Passion for education and student development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
