Role Overview

The Chief Nursing Officer provides strategic leadership for all nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care, nursing practice, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role oversees nursing operations, quality assurance, and professional development of nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services and operations.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
• Support budgeting for nursing staff, equipment, and supplies.
• Lead initiatives that promote patient safety and service excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Certification in Quality Improvement is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
