Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA an advantage)

- 8-10 years' experience in operations leadership, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing
- Experience scaling operations and managing multi-site teams
- Comfort working in fast-growing, impact-driven enterprises
