Key responsibilities

  • Lead the design, standardisation, and implementation of operational systems and processes across all hospital functions to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Develop and oversee performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with accurate, actionable data to support decision-making.
  • Drive revenue growth and patient volume by improving service utilisation, patient conversion rates, and overall operational performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless patient flow, service delivery, and alignment between clinical and support teams.
  • Ensure operational consistency, performance alignment, and best practice implementation across multiple branches and locations.
  • Oversee marketing, sales, institutional partnerships, and the operational rollout of new service lines to support business growth and expansion.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within complex service-driven organisations, with a proven ability to lead large, multi-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing operational systems, driving performance management initiatives, and improving organisational efficiency.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to deliver measurable results in environments where operations, people, and data intersect.
  • MBA, MHA, or other relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • A collaborative and data-driven leadership style, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across executive, clinical, and administrative teams.
  • High ethical standards and strong values alignment, with the ability to thrive in a purpose-driven, mission-oriented organisation focused on service excellence and community impact.
