Job Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: Serving as a trusted counsel to the Managing Director, bridging executive vision with concrete, actionable strategies.

Project Execution: Leading end-to-end delivery of high-complexity initiatives spanning multiple business units across the institution.

Operational Leadership: Architecting and refining the executive operating rhythm, including leadership forums, board reporting cycles, and senior leadership offsites.

Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary liaison between the executive office and key internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters with discretion.

Communication & Reporting: Producing executive presentations, speeches, and board reports on behalf of senior leadership.

Other Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field. MBA or relevant advanced degree.

Experience: 10+ years of experience across strategy, transformation, consulting, or executive support roles, preferably in a large financial services environment.

Skills: Strong grasp of the banking, fintech, and digital finance landscape. Sharp analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive informed decision-making.
