Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Chinese enterprises and individuals in Kenya regarding banking services, foreign exchange, and business cooperation
- Assist in cross-border payment operations, including client quoting, transaction processing, and issue resolution
- Support the remittance team in developing new international payment channels
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese communication skills
- Basic Chinese writing proficiency
