CIGAR HOSTESS
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a cigar hostess in an upscale lounge, with a proven track record of exemplary sales performance is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cigars, cigar handling, pairing and premium guest experience.
- Excellent sales, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-end clientele confidently.
- Well-groomed, elegant and professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene and presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attentiveness.
- Strong customer service skills, confidence in upselling and ability to build rapport with guests.
