Role Context

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in managing the claims process and insurance partners, and in ensuring the swift payment/resolution of all customer claims. This position is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our claims department and ensuring client satisfaction during critical times.

Responsibilities

The Claims Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at efficiently managing claims. This includes processing claims, liaising with insurance partners, and ensuring timely resolution and payment. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum qualifications include a Diploma in Insurance and membership in AIK. Candidates are expected to have over 2 years of experience in Claims administration and/or underwriting. Unique skills such as extensive experience in Underwriting and Claims Processing, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a collaborative approach, problem-solving abilities, and leadership potential are highly valued.

  • Assist in managing the claims process.

  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
