Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in claims processing or a similar role within the insurance or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using claims processing software and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing.
